CONTRIBUTOR PARTICIPATION AND CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT 1. Acceptance of Terms By submitting any materials to the project, the contributor confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these rules. 2. What Counts as a Contribution A contribution includes any materials submitted to the project, including words, dictionary entries, translations, usage examples, grammatical descriptions, etymological notes, transcriptions, audio recordings, images, photographs, illustrations, scans, documents, comments, corrections, suggestions, and any other textual, visual, audio, or related materials connected to the project. 3. Originality of Materials The contributor confirms that all submitted materials are their own original contribution or that they have full legal authority to provide such materials for use in the project. 4. Prohibition on Verbatim Copying It is prohibited to submit materials that are fully or partially copied verbatim from books, dictionaries, websites, articles, databases, textbooks, applications, image archives, audio archives, or any other third-party sources without explicit permission. 5. Prohibition on AI-Generated Content It is prohibited to submit materials that are fully or partially created, generated, modified, or substantially shaped using artificial intelligence systems, language models, text generators, image generators, audio generators, or any other automated content generation systems. 6. Rights Granted for Contributions By submitting a contribution to the project, the contributor irrevocably grants the project owner full, perpetual, worldwide, unrestricted rights to use, store, copy, modify, edit, adapt, translate, combine, transform, publish, distribute, display, reproduce, and otherwise use the submitted materials in any form and for any purposes related to the project. 7. Control Over Contributions The project owner has the sole right, at their discretion, to accept, reject, modify, edit, combine, transform, shorten, remove, or otherwise manage any contribution without prior approval from the contributor. 8. Use of Materials Submitted materials may be used for dictionaries, grammar resources, language databases, educational materials, websites, applications, digital tools, language processing systems, NLP systems, AI systems, and any other purposes related to the project. 9. Attribution Displaying the contributor’s name, pseudonym, or any other attribution is entirely at the discretion of the project owner and is not required. 10. Irrevocability of Contributions Once a contribution has been submitted, the contributor may not withdraw, restrict, or revoke the rights granted for the use of the submitted materials. 11. Contributor Responsibility The contributor bears full personal responsibility for all submitted materials and confirms that such materials comply with these rules. 12. Violation of Rules If submitted materials violate these rules, the project owner may reject, remove, or discontinue the use of such contributions. 13. Voluntary Participation Participation in the project is entirely voluntary. All materials are submitted at the contributor’s own initiative. 14. Scope of Application These rules apply to all materials submitted to the project by any means, including web forms, email, messaging platforms, file-sharing services, collaborative platforms, or any other submission channels.
